This Pro Line 7” chunker is manufactured from 440C Japanese Stainless steel. The blade is hardened to 60-61 Rockwell rating
The handles are forged separately and hardened to 54-55 RCH then welded to the blade for ultra efficient ergononics and comfort, non slip coated handle for ulitmate grip.

Offset handle and fixed finger rest.
