Policy

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Should you have any problems with your order you must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order. If we have made a mistake with your order this will be resolved as soon as possible and any return carriage charges you may incur will be refunded or we will arrange collection of the goods (whichever is quickest under the circumstances).

If you have made a mistake and wish to return or exchange the goods, these must be returned to us, unopened, unused and in a 100% resaleable condition within 14 days and we will exchange the goods and make any financial adjustments regarding cost of the exchanged products. 

Carriage/postage charges will NOT be refunded on this basis and any additional postage costs to send the replacement item to you will be chargeable. All costs incurred to return items to us are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the goods and inspected. Any shipping charges incurred to send the goods to you will be deducted from any refund. 

Faulty goods
Please return the faulty item to us and include your contact details, any postage incurred by you will be refunded once we have received the item.
